Hurricane Ike and the resulting interruption to business that included

| Tempo MLS Mapping Upgrade |

The Tempo MLS mapping system has recently been updated to include new
and improved Microsoft Virtual Earth mapping technology. HAR has also
incorporated more accurate geo-coding data acquired from the
Houston-Galveston Area Council that will better locate properties in
newer subdivision and surrounding counties which has previously been a
challenge.

Houston Association of Realtors® members participated in the first
ever, five-day trade mission to Guadalajara, Mexico. The Texas
Association of Realtors® along with the Asociación Mexicana de
Profesionales Inmobiarios (AMPI, the Mexican NAR equivalent) hosted a
trade mission that coincided with the AMPI Foro, an annual, one-day
meeting for Mexican real estate professionals.

| Hurricane Ike Has Houston Office Space Tenants, Landlords and Brokers Scrambling |

As an office leasing broker for
Transwestern, we are working with our existing tenants to make sure
they are able to get back to business. Several impacted tenants were
forced to move into temporary space elsewhere in their building while
we help to clean and refurnish their space. Broken windows are boarded
up and carpet cleaning/replacement is underway.
