| In the Wake of Hurricane Ike: A Houston Real Estate Market Outlook |
|
|
The Houston housing market has traveled an interesting road in 2008, to
say the least. While sales have been down for 12 straight months
compared to record-setting performances in 2006 and 2007, we've managed
to steer clear of the real estate ills plaguing other parts of the
country primarily because our market never experienced a pricing bubble.
