What is your most memorable client experience?  Having to clean up after a client’s dog ate mushrooms in the backyard and then got sick in the master bathroom.

What one piece of advice would you offer a Realtor who is first starting out in the real estate business?  Do your homework!

What is the most outrageous request you have ever received from a client?  My client wanted their dog to see the house before they bought it.
