We’re all familiar with the old adage “desperate times require desperate measures.” We’ve been hearing more of that these days on account of the recession.
 
Whether or not you agree that the times in which we live are indeed desperate, there is consensus about the need for businesses to increase efficiency as a matter of survival. Some have resorted to desperate measures such as layoffs. Fortunately for the REALTOR® community, the digital age provides many low- or no-cost measures that enable you to market your services to a wide audience and remain competitive. Best of all, these measures are not desperate and, in fact, are easy to implement. The first step to doing so effectively, however, is to re-examine your business from the consumer’s perspective.
