Congratulations to the Entire 2008 Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program.

On November 14, 2008, TAR recognized 29 HAR Realtors® who completed the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP). This was the first ever TRLP hosted by HAR.
The mission of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program is to develop community and organizational leaders to become contributors to their community and their businesses and enrich their personal and professional lives.
From March through November 2008, each of these graduates attended monthly sessions and retreats which were meant to increase their awareness of what it means to be a leader and to gain tools to bring back in every aspect of their lives.
These various sessions included topics such as: Learning to Lead, Spokesperson Training, Balance and Renewal, and Law, Legislature and Leadership.
After an intense two-hour evaluation session, all of the participating Realtors®, felt that their experience was invaluable and that they would recommend to anyone wishing to grow professionally and personally.
