Commercial Expo Turns 25

Commercial EXPO is in its 25th year as the networking arena for local commercial real estate professionals.  Cushman & Wakefield's David Cook, the 1983 vice president of the Houston Chapter of SIOR (The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), helped to organize the first Developer Day in `83 in the Knoll Furniture Showroom.  He said the idea for Developer Day was to "provide information and education of a national convention caliber at the local level."  The Houston Association of Realtors® is proud to have been a part of this tradition since its inception.
