HAR Realtors® Jim Cockrill, Ed Wolff, Nancy Furst, Jim Peters and Chief Political Strategist Dana Kervin have been attending the City of Houston’s Chapter 45 High Density Ordinance Stakeholders meetings on behalf of HAR. The proposed ordinance will greatly impact the development of high rise multifamily developments including the Ashby High Rise Development in the Southampton and Boulevard Oaks neighborhoods. HAR, property owners, and other groups are working with Mayor White and Houston City Council to create an appropriate ordinance that will benefit all stakeholders. Through TAR’s Issues Mobilization Funds, HAR purchased a map that demonstrated how the proposed ordinance would affect residential and commercial development in Houston
